  • Course Access: If you have purchased a course but have not accessed more than 20% of the content, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed for courses that have been extensively accessed or completed, as this is considered full utilization of our services.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Promotional Offers or Discounts: Courses purchased at discounted rates or as part of a promotion, unless otherwise specified.

4. Course Substitutions
If you are not fully satisfied with a course but do not qualify for a refund, you may request a course substitution. You can switch to another course of equal or lesser value. Substitution requests must be made within 7 days of your original purchase.
